I just got a Google Alert for a J-Love profile for myself. There aren’t many Fogelsons in the world, and even less Gary Fogelsons, and so I was embarassed to find one out there on a Jewish dating site, nestled on Google between results for various things I have been involved in (like my high school track scores). I actually thought, despite my distaste for online dating and being Jewish, that I signed up for this service a long time ago after a night of drinking. So I plugged in my email in the “forgot your password” area, and luckily got an error message comforting me that it was, in fact, another Jewish Gary Fogelson out there lonely and looking for love.

In case anyone cares, I’m a Green Party member. So, I can’t vote for either Obama or Clinton in the primaries. In November, I will be happy to vote for either of them.

I’ve been very busy for the past two months. Mostly consumed with taking as many pictures as possible, time has been limited for chunk and other facets of life. Check out next month’s PAPER Magazine to see one of the many undertakings that I have experienced since the beginning of the year. In recognition of a long deprived social life, on Sunday I had traded in my shoes for ice skates. Below is a trace of my not so sleek twirling skills.
